Q:What information do I need to provide for a quote?
A:Please provide: 1) 2D/3D drawings (PDF, DWG, STEP, IGES, etc.); 2) Material specifications; 3) Quantity; 4) Surface finish requirements; 5) Lead time requirements. The more detailed the information, the more accurate the quote.
Q:Is there a charge for quotes?
A:No. We provide free quoting service with no fees required.
Lead Time
Q:What is the typical lead time?
A:Sample lead time is typically 3-7 working days. Production orders are generally 7-15 working days depending on quantity and complexity. Rush orders can be expedited with delivery as fast as 24 hours.
Q:Can you expedite orders?
A:Yes. We offer expedited service with a rush fee depending on urgency. Please communicate your timeline requirements in advance.
Q:What shipping methods are available?
A:We support international express (DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT), air freight, and sea freight. Express is recommended for small samples; sea freight for large shipments.
Machining Capabilities
Q:What tolerances can you achieve?
A:Standard machining tolerance is ±0.01mm, precision machining can reach ±0.002mm, and ultra-precision machining can achieve even tighter tolerances. Specific tolerance depends on part complexity and material.
Q:What materials can you machine?
A:We can machine: aluminum alloys, stainless steel, carbon steel, copper alloys, titanium alloys, engineering plastics (PEEK, POM, Nylon, etc.), tool steel, tungsten carbide, and many other materials.
Q:What is the minimum order quantity?
A:We support orders starting from 1 piece. Whether samples or production runs, all are welcome. Small batch orders are one of our strengths.

A:We are ISO 9001:2015 certified for quality management and IATF 16949 certified for automotive industry quality management.
Q:How do you ensure product quality?
A:We implement strict quality control: incoming inspection → first article inspection → in-process inspection → final inspection → outgoing inspection. Inspection reports are provided with every shipment.
Q:What if products don't meet requirements?
A:If products don't meet drawing requirements, we will rework or remake them free of charge. We stand behind our product quality.
Payment
Q:What payment methods do you accept?

A:Typically: Sample orders require 100% advance payment; Production orders can be 30%-50% deposit with balance before shipment. Terms are negotiable.
